Day 01: Delhi to Shimla (380 KM /9 Hrs )

Pick-up from Delhi Airport/Railway Station & drive to Shimla. Evening Reach Shimla Check-in Hotel. Over Night Stay in Shimla

Shimla: former summer capital of British India & now a capital of Himachal Pradesh, set amidst the snow capped shivalik mountain ranges offering some stunning views of the mighty Himalayas, it is surrounded by pine deodar, oak and rhododendron forests. Towards the north lie the snow-covered high-ranges, while the valleys breathe whispering streams and swaying fields. Shimla offers a variety of shopping, sport and entertainment activities.

Arrive Shimla Check in to the Hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure, evening enjoy at mall road. Later back to hotel. overnight stay at hotel in Shimla..

Day 02: Shimla –Local & Kufri- Shimla (24 kms.)

After breakfast visit to half day city tour visiting Indian Institute Of Advanced Studies, Sankat Mochan Temple and Jakhu temple,

Afternoon visit to excursion tour of Kufri

KUFRI: India's one of the best holiday paradises Kufri in Shimla is beautifully tucked on an altitude of 2,622 meter. The place is a tourist hotspot for its awesome scenic and sports activities. Evening free to stroll in the famous shopping place of Shimla town –“THE MALL & THE RIDGE” This large open space in the heart of town presents excellent views of the mountain ranges. Shimla's landmarks - the neo- gothic structure of Christ Church and the neo - Tudor library building - are worth seeing. Overnight stay at Shimla.( GREEN VALLEY, WILDFLOWER HALL, HALI PAD, KUFRI, INDIRA TOURIST PARK, MINI ZOO & FAGU VALLEY )

Day 03: Shimla –Kullu- Manali (280 kms / 7 hrs)

After breakfast checkout from hotel ,drive to Manali,

Manali : at the northern end of the Kullu Valley in Himachal Pradesh, is a hill station situated at a height of 2050 m (6398 ft) in the Himalayas. Situated on the Beas river (Vyaas in Hindi) and near its source, it is a popular tourist spot for Indians in summer and a magical, snow-covered place in winter. A staging point for a number of treks (Beas Kund, Chandrakhani Pass) and sports such as white-water rafting, Manali is also on the road to Ladakh via the valley of Lahaul and Spiti and rohtang pass which is main attraction near manali.

Arrive at Manali and check in the hotel,Rest of the day is at leisure to visit the local markets overnight stay at hotel at Manali.

Day 04 : Manali Local

After breakfast Visit Manali Local Sight Seeing. Evening free for Leisure . Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 05: Manali-Solang Valley

After early breakfast visit to excursion visiting Solang Valley .Overnight stay at hotel at Manali.

Day 06:Manali -Delhi Drop

After Breakfast check out from hotel and proceed for Delhi Airport/Railway Station for your onward.........

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Rates mentioned above are valid for Indian nationals only until and unless specified along with quotation.

• The quotations are given without holding any confirmed reservations either in the airlines or in the hotels. Once the quotation is accepted by the guest and an advance amount is deposited either in Cheque / cash to process the reservation, the booking is processed at our end. In case we are unable to get the confirmations then the deposited amount shall be refunded to the guests. Once given confirmation then full and final payment should be made either in cash or draft at the time when all the travel documents are delivered to the guest. For the packages which are booked under our Airline Group Packages airline tickets might be delivered 2 days before the departure of the group.

• Base category rooms will be booked in Hotels until and unless specified in the quotation. In case the rooms are not available in selected hotels, rooms shall be booked in similar hotel or higher category rooms where you had to pay the difference.

• Any date amendments in the air tickets will be considered as cancellation only and new tickets are issued under new applicable fare at the time of issuance of tickets and cancellation charges are applicable for the cancelled tickets as per airline policy.

• Any amendments in the date or itinerary are to be intimated to us in writing and amended confirmation depends on the availability of given hotels on requested dates. Cancellation policy shall be applicable in such cases.

• In a tour package, no refund shall be made for unutilized services. It is on guest’s discretion whether to take service or not.· Please carry your valid Identity proof card (passport in case of International travel) containing your photograph as it is required at the airport and during check in at hotels. Pan card is not a valid identity proof so please don’t carry that with you.

• The check in and check-out time of most of the hotels is 02 PM to 12 PM and the number of meals including breakfast is always corresponding to the no. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.

• For early check in and late check outs payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.

• The Company will not be responsible in any way for Flight Miss, Any loss, injury or damage to person or property in connection with the transportation, caused by acts of strikes, pilferage, breakdown of machinery, accidents, Snow fall etc. All Sightseeing depends on Permits, weather & road condition.

• In case of International travel, rates may vary based on change of ROE or any other fluctuation in the international market or subject to availability.On accepting this quotation, you accept that you have read the complete package information and agree with booking terms & conditions, payment policy and cancellation policy. You accept the tour package and acknowledge that it fits into your budget and requirement.

If Government take covid test( deepening on the situation government may take or May not take)

1.The Tourist arriving May be tested for COVID-19 at Airport/ Railway Stations using Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) the results will be given at the airport itself. The Tourist will be charged as per rate fixed by Administration ( Should be paid by guest directly ) . If the Tourist test negative , he/she can proceed for the trip , if found positive , he/she will be have to undergo institutional isolation till the recovery from COVID-19.

2. If the Tourist on arrival at Airport tests positive , he/she will need to undergo institutional isolation as per existing health protocols, the cost for such isolation for govt facility will be paid by the tourist as fixed by the administration.

Nithyeshwar Tours (N tours) believe in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• 50% not refundable amount and Once booking made , cancellation charge will be 50% of total Billing.

• 30 - 15 days Before Check in - 50% of the total estimated Bill.

• 15- 07 days - 75 % of the Total Estimated Bill.

• 07 Days before check in - 100% of the total Estimated Bill.

Pls Note Once the Booking is done, whatever reason ( Including Corona virus problem, any Protection, Riot, flight cancelation, Due to Climatic Condition ect.,) cancelation charges will be applicable.

• FOR CHILD 0 TO 24 MONTHS Accommodation is COMPLIMENTARY

• Above 2 Year Charges will be vary deepening on the Hotel policy. Pls get confirmation from us before the booking.

• The above package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement and budget. In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.

• Check In & Check Out Time as per Hotel Policies. The hotel and services as mentioned in the itinerary are subject to confirmation

• Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible.

• We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of flight, cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.

• In Himachal and Kashmir, and any hill station The facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.;1*, 2*, 3*,4*,5* and so on.

• You can check all the hotels quoted by our executive if you want to change any hotels or upgrade service difference will be left, carefully check our confirmation if you want any change then update us within 7 days from the receiving confirmation voucher.

• Changes are not possible at the last moment or at the time of check in; it depends on availability with additional charges.

• We may have to reschedule the sightseeing days due to the closing of any monument during that particular day to ensure smooth execution of tours.

• Extra cost would be applicable for any unforeseen event. Rates may change in the case of hotel rates, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees

• If any amount committed on arrival, menaces all the payment you have to pay at the time of pick up if not paid then service will stop.

• If you paid the amount by debit & credit card 2.50% will be extra from the package cost

• · No discount will be provided after confirmation.

• If in case you wish to prepone /postpone your travel dates, we request you to inform us 10 days in advance via mail ,

• We do not charge anything if the package is postpone/ prepone, charges depend on hotels . Additional charges will be levied.

• Please note that the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/transport and season/off-season time. (Do intimate us 10 days prior to your journey)

• We do not accept any change in plan within 10 days of the travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, packages can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.

• Advance can be utilized within 1 year from the date of advance payment.

During local or national holidays or special events, peak seasons, on Sundays, and during religious occasions, certain facilities such as museums, churches, restaurants, sightseeing tours, hotels, and shopping may be limited or not available. Alternatives will be offered whenever possible. Ntours cannot be held responsible for any closures, necessary itinerary changes or curtains for any reason.
