DAY 01: SRINAGAR AIRPORT ARRIVAL & LOCAL SIGHTSEEING.
After arrival at Srinagar airport, our representative will take you to Srinagar hotel. After refreshment you will leave for sightseeing of Srinagar starting from ShankarAcharya temple, later on you can visit Mughal Gardens with Nishat Garden, Shalimar Garden, Cheshmasahi Garden, Botanical garden, Pari Mahal.
Also if time allows you can visit the old city of Srinagar & Hazratbal Mosque and many other places nearby Dal Lake.
In the evening back to the hotel and dinner and overnight stay in the hotel.
DAY 02-SRINAGAR – SONMARG – SRINAGAR.
Morning after breakfast get fresh and today you will visit Sonmarg. Sonmarg (Meadow of Gold). The distance of about 85 kms, will be covered in about 3 hrs. Sonmarg lies in Sindh Valley streamed with flowers and surrounded by mountains. Sonmarg is also the base for some interesting treks to the high altitude Himalayan Lakes.
In the evening drive back from Sonmarg. Dinner and overnight stay at Srinagar.
DAY 03-SRINAGAR – GULMARG – SRINAGAR.
Today after breakfast get ready and leave for your trip to Gulmarg. Gulmarg (Meadow of Flowers) 2730 mts. Above the sea level. The drive past colorful villages and rice fields, gives you an insight of the rich cultural past of Kashmir. We arrive at a small picturesque market town of Tangmarg and drive ahead on a scenic drive of 14 kilometers to Gulmarg.
Gulmarg has one of the best ski slopes in the world and the highest golf course with 18 holes. Today you can enjoy a cable car known as Gondola Ride at Gulmarg. You can board the Gondola cable car system, and ascend towards the Afarwatt Mountain range. The 08 minutes of ropeway will take you past colorful shepherd hutments to the lower ridge of the Afarwatt peak.
From here you can click lots of photos of the nearby mountain ranges that stand tall like sentinels guarding the rich natural beauty of Kashmir valley. We descend back to Gulmarg base after an hour or so and later do some horse-riding to the strawberry valley. Rest of the day free at leisure for individual activities. 
Later on return back to Srinagar for night stay.
DAY 04-SRINAGAR – PAHALGAM.

After breakfast check out from Srinagar hotel & drive to Pahalgam (The valley of shepherds).The total distance is about 96 kms, and will be covered in about 3 hours.
En-route, visit the saffron fields of pampore, Awantipura Ruins (1100 years old temple of Lord Vishnu built by the King Awantivarman), and enjoy the beautiful countryside. Drive through the pine forests. Arrive at Pahalgam and enjoy the Lidder stream. Later walk along pony trails with a magnificent view of the mountains.
Dinner and Overnight stay at Pahalgam hotel.   
DAY 05-PAHALGAM SIGHTSEEING & TRANSFER TO SRINAGAR.
After having your breakfast You will be all set for your full day leisure in Pahalgam. Visiting Pahalgam doesn’t mean going   mere to a hill-station but It is like enjoying in the lap of nature.
If You want to have a romantic trip with your beloved or want to get together with your family, and have what they call a 'quality' family time,  Pahalgam is the most suitable place   to do those little interesting things. Besides you can take a pony ride, or plan a   picnic next to a beautiful river.
Pahalgam offers you with many breathtaking places; a few among them are Beetab Valley,  Chandanwari  & Aru Valley (In local taxi on own cost).
After completing sightseeing return back to Srinagar for night stay in houseboat.
DAY 06-SRINAGAR AIRPORT DEPARTURE.
Today after breakfast get fresh and pack your bags & you will be transferred to Srinagar Airport to catch a flight for onward destination with sweet Holiday memories.

 • Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, roadblocks, vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances etc.
 • Any services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
 • Any optional tours and activities not mentioned in the above itinerary inclusions.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
 • Rates mentioned above are valid for Indian nationals only until and unless specified along with quotation.
 • The quotations are given without holding any confirmed reservations either in the airlines or in the hotels. Once the quotation is accepted by the guest and an advance amount is deposited either in Cheque / cash to process the reservation, the booking is processed at our end. In case we are unable to get the confirmations then the deposited amount shall be refunded to the guests. Once given confirmation then full and final payment should be made either in cash or draft at the time when all the travel documents are delivered to the guest. For the packages which are booked under our Airline Group Packages airline tickets might be delivered 2 days before the departure of the group.
 • Base category rooms will be booked in Hotels until and unless specified in the quotation. In case the rooms are not available in selected hotels, rooms shall be booked in similar hotel or higher category rooms where you had to pay the difference.
 • Any date amendments in the air tickets will be considered as cancellation only and new tickets are issued under new applicable fare at the time of issuance of tickets and cancellation charges are applicable for the cancelled tickets as per airline policy.
 • Any amendments in the date or itinerary are to be intimated to us in writing and amended confirmation depends on the availability of given hotels on requested dates. Cancellation policy shall be applicable in such cases.
 • In a tour package, no refund shall be made for unutilized services. It is on guest’s discretion whether to take service or not.· Please carry your valid Identity proof card (passport in case of International travel) containing your photograph as it is required at the airport and during check in at hotels. Pan card is not a valid identity proof so please don’t carry that with you.
 • The check in and check-out time of most of the hotels is 02 PM to 12 PM and the number of meals including breakfast is always corresponding to the no. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.
 • For early check in and late check outs payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.
 • The Company will not be responsible in any way for Flight Miss, Any loss, injury or damage to person or property in connection with the transportation, caused by acts of strikes, pilferage, breakdown of machinery, accidents, Snow fall etc. All Sightseeing depends on Permits, weather & road condition.
 • In case of International travel, rates may vary based on change of ROE or any other fluctuation in the international market or subject to availability.On accepting this quotation, you accept that you have read the complete package information and agree with booking terms & conditions, payment policy and cancellation policy. You accept the tour package and acknowledge that it fits into your budget and requirement.

Guidelines for COVID -19

If Government  take covid test( deepening on the situation government may take or May not take)
1.The Tourist arriving  May be tested for COVID-19 at Airport/ Railway Stations  using Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) the results will be given at the airport itself. The Tourist will be charged as per rate fixed by Administration ( Should be paid by guest directly ) . If the Tourist test negative , he/she can proceed for the trip , if found positive , he/she will be have to undergo institutional isolation till the recovery from COVID-19. 
2. If the Tourist on arrival at  Airport tests positive , he/she will need to undergo institutional isolation as per existing health protocols, the cost for such isolation for govt facility will be paid by the tourist as fixed by the administration.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation charges per person will be applicable as follows: 
 • If cancellation is made any time not less than 30 days prior to departure, 50% of Package Cost shall be deducted.
 • If cancellation is made 29to 07 days prior to departure, 70% of tour cost shall be deducted.
 • If cancellation is made 06 to 03 day prior to departure, 85% of tour cost shall be deducted.
 • In case passenger is no show at the time of departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted.
 • Pls Note Once the Booking is done, whatever reason ( Including Corona virus problem, any Protection, Riot, flight cancelation, Due to Climatic Condition ect.,) cancelation  charges will be  applicable.

• In case of non-availability of rooms at the hotels mentioned, we shall provide you alternate hotels of similar category.
 • Check-in time at the hotel is 1400/1500hrs.
 • Check-out time at the hotel is 1200 hrs
 • Guest Should pay the security deposit at respective hotel at the time of check in
 • Booking confirmation is subject to availability.
 • The above rates are valid for the mentioned period only.
 • 50% of Total Package cost should be paid at the time of booking
 • 100% Package cost should be paid 15 Days prior to departure
